ABOUT APCW
This year, the Asia-Pacific Climate Week 2023 (APCW2023) is held in Malaysia, hosted by the Government of Johor. It will take place at Persada Johor International Convention Centre in city of Johor Bahru. Regional Climate Weeks (RCWs) inspire individuals and organizations to become part of the momentum created by the global climate agreement in Paris.
It is a unique collaborative platform where both governments and non-governmental organizations stakeholders gather to address the gamut of relevant climate issues under one umbrella. Every year, RCWs are held across the following regions: Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East and Northern Africa.

Persada Johor International Convention Centre is the first convention centre in Malaysia to be a member of the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC). The centre’s operations are aligned to the UNGC’s ten principles in the areas of human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption.
As the preferred Meetings, Incentives, Conventions and Exhibitions (M.I.C.E) destination in Southern Malaysia, it is more than an event space as it offers a variety of value-added facilities and services in addition to its advantageous location in the middle of the city centre of Johor Bahru in Johor, Malaysia.
